This new knitting pattern from Danger Crafts will show you how to knit Jerry the Musical Monkey out of your choice of yarn. Since it doesn't take much yarn to knit this guy, this is a great stash busting project for all those times you've bought a ball of yarn because it was pretty, or on sale, or both. This pattern is very fun and once you knit one monkey, you will find you want to knit a whole barrel of monkeys! 

Yarn: 150-200 yards of yarn in your main color and 60-90 yards of yarn in your contrast color

Gauge: You pick! Simply knit with your choice of yarn on needles 2-3 sizes smaller than called for to get a tight knit fabric your stuffing wont show through,

Needles: You pick! A 36"+ circular needle in a size to make a tight knit fabric with your choice of yarn that the stuffing wont show through plus one additional needle in the same size (for three-needle bind off). See the pattern for more info

Notions: safety eyes or scrap yarn, waste yarn in the same weight (but different color) from your working yarn, tapestry needle, scissors, stitch markers, stuffing, straight pins, row counter.
