Elsa is a tunic that looks great with a pair of leggings or narrow leg pants.

 

The bottom band is worked like a scarf, single stranded with 2 different colors alternating every two rows. The body is worked on a larger needle, double stranding one collar at a time.

 

Sizing: To fit: 34" (38",40"44")

Gauge: 20 sts = 4" with yarn double stranded
