Linen yarn is a great alternative to wool for summer garments, with a lovely drape and sheen. While it is a little rough in the skein, it softens up immediately upon first washing. Use three or four skeins for a average-sized women's short-sleeve top, or just one makes several scrumptious facecloths. |
