Saturday March 16, 30; 2:00-4:00 PM Two session class, $50 Instructor: Tracey
Skills: Advanced beginner or adventurous beginner. Knitting in the round, increases and decreases.
Materials: Purchase Tensho Pullover pattern on Ravelry by Beatrice Perron Dahlen or in the retail store. You’ll need Worsted weight yarn (e.g., Rios, Tosh Vintage, Cascade 220 and many others) in quantities listed for your size, and US 7 circular needles in circumferences appropriate for your sweater size: typically 32 inch, 24 inch, and 16 inch cords. DPNs optional.
Yoked sweaters are so flattering, and easy to knit and wear! Tracey used a photo of Tensho in a previous class listing and got so many “what’s that pattern??” messages, she decided to teach a class for it. In this two session class we’ll work on our yokes together; learning about bottom-up sweater construction, stranded knitting, and tips and tricks for getting the perfect fit for you!
Fine print Signups close 48 hours before the start off the first class session. Cancellations must be made one week prior to first class session for full refund. Cancellations within one week from the start of a class will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Classes for students 16+. Yarn must be purchased from Eat.Sleep.Knit. and is not included in class purchase price. You'll receive a coupon code for 10% off any yarn or supplies required for your class in your class materials email, which you’ll get in the shop, or 24-48 hours after purchase.
